Ordering Process
By placing an order, you confirm that:

for identification purposes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated.
For products sourced via parallel import, warranty terms may differ from those offered by the brand owner.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs).

Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@ukboxu.com.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
